Pleasant Valley Construction Co. started out as Faciana Electric Company back in 1976 performing local electrical construction projects in the Cleveland, Ohio Region. Since then, we have evolved into a National Lighting Company performing Group Relamping Projects and Lighting Retrofits. Since 1991 PVCC provides National Retail and Commercial Facilities Relamping Programs in over 2,700 facilities. Our customer base includes Retail Chains, Distribution Centers, and Office Buildings.
Pleasant Valley Construction Co. also performs over 400 Lighting Retrofit Projects annually. We retrofit our customers lighting from T-12 and or Metal Halide Lighting to more energy efficient T-8 technology saving our customers thousands of dollars annually. With the utility cost rising, customers are looking for ways to save money. Our lighting analysis provides a return on investment for each project showing our customers significant annual savings. Not only do our customers lower their utility costs, they also take advantage of EPACT 2005 tax credits, local utility rebates, and improved overall lighting quality and consistency.
