In addition to Pleasant Valley Construction Company our family expanded its expertise into the Real Estate Development Industry. Our Real Estate Development Properties include: Akron Medina Corporate Park I and Akron Medina Corporate Park II. We have also established other Real Estate acquisitions that include developed and undeveloped land, such as, White Pond Corporate Park and White Pond Crossing.
Our Construction and Real Estate capability gives us the ability to allow our prospective tenants the choice for a build to suit space or a move in ready space. Many of our properties include Professional Office/Commercial Property/ Prototype Laboratories/Retail/Restaurant/ Medical Office.
