Pleasant Valley Construction Co is a family owned construction business with Real Estate Leasing and Development experience. We have leased and completed many property developments including the most recent “Akron Medina Corporate Park”. Two of our family members hold Real Estate Agent Licenses. This gives us the ability to meet the perspective tenant, understand their needs and build a commercial and or industrial facility that works for their business.

We own a few hundred acres of undeveloped land which gives us the ability to build a facility (stand alone) to suit, or build a tenant space within an existing development.
