We have an established team of professional Field Supervisors and Project Managers within the company that have successfully completed many interior and exterior renovation projects, in existing retail facilities while keeping the retail store open for business, with quality and safety for the store associates and customers as our most important priority. Our Project Managers are known for their attention to detail and communication skills to eliminate any inconveniences to the facility or store associates. They have years of experience with scheduling, preparation, project coordination, problem tracking, resolution, travel arrangements, budgeting and logistics, along with quality communication.
We have the ability to take a project from incision by the owner, to the Architect/Engineering, to permit application, budget, pre construction meeting with local sub contractors, project management and finally to Certificate of Occupancy.
