Gino P. Faciana - President - Extension 206
Gino and Barbara Faciana started Faciana Electric Co. in 1976.
Gino was an Electrician by trade. In 1982 we started Pleasant
Valley Construction Co. to develop our own Commercial and Industrial
Properties. In Today's world we manage programs and facilitate
over 3,500 facilities in the United States and Canada for (three)
National Corporate chains including our own Real Estate Developments.
Our programs range from repairs, renovations, lighting energy,
and new development. My hobbies are basketball, working out,
and spending time with my wife and family.
Barbara E. Faciana - Vice President - Extension 207
Barbara has been in the Business world for over 30 years.
Barbara and Gino started Faciana Electric Company/Pleasant Valley
Construction Company in 1976. She obtained her real estate
license in 1995 that furthered the success in the commercial
and residential development, as well as lease negotiation and
tenant build outs. In addition Barbara also has her degree
in business management and marketing. She also has attended
many business and financial schools to advance her business
knowledge. Barbara handles the majority of the upper management
responsibilities and decisions. Barbara furthermore works
very close with all tenants, build outs, architects, and city
officials. Barbara is a vast asset to the operations of Pleasant
Valley Construction.
Joseph C. Tramonte - Vice President of Development - Extension

Joe has been a valued asset to Pleasant Valley Construction
Co., since 1995. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baldwin Wallace
College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management with
a minor in Human Resources. Joe started out in the field
in 1995 working on projects ranging from electrical repairs
to major remodels. He made the transition into the office
and currently runs the day to day operations of the company.
Joe is responsible for managing all Project Managers as well
as overseeing all purchases made by the company. Joe works
very close with our key accounts and coordinates all schedules
for our National Rollout Programs.
Michael A. Ricciuti - Vice President of Operations - Extension

Mike joined Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in 2003. He earned
a two year Associate degree in Business Management. Mike currently
runs the day to day operations of PVC Facility Management, Inc.
He is responsible for managing all Facilities Coordinators as
well as overseeing all purchases and proposals made by each
Facilities Coordinator. Mike also brings many years of practical
commercial experience. He contributes to the success of the
Commercial Real Estate aspect of PVCC. His role as Project Manager
during the construction of tenant build outs ensures that your
office will be built with the quality and attention to detail
for which PVCC has built its reputation. He has managed and
created build-outs over 72,000 sq ft of office and warehouse
space.
David Bart - Senior Project Manager - Extension

Dave started with PVC in 1998 and he worked in the field on
projects ranging from small to large painting repairs, to nationwide
major remodels. In 2003 Dave made the transition into the office
where he now is one of Pleasant Valley Construction Company's
Project Managers. Dave travels across the country doing site
audits for our National Accounts, and developing scopes for
these projects. He is also a Project Manager that oversees and
coordinates all of Pleasant Valley Construction Company's on-site
supervisors, and sub trades, who are performing major remodels/renovations
across the United States and Canada.
Stacy L. Tramonte - Accounts Payable - Extension 202
Stacey graduated Summa Cum Laude from Baldwin Wallace College
with a Bachelors degree in Business Management with a minor
in Human Resources. Stacey holds a State of Ohio Real Estate
License. Stacey came to Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in
the year of 1996 and manages the Accounts Payable Department.
Andrea M. Ricciuti - Accounts Receivable - Extension 201
Andrea graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree
in Business Marketing and a minor in Communications. Andrea
is head of the Accounts Receivables for all PVCC real-estate
properties, and she is the property manager for Pleasant View
Farms. She also maintains the Accounts Receivable aspect for
the PVC Facility Management, Inc.
Anthony R. Matt - Senior Facilities Coordinator - Extension

Anthony Matt joined Pleasant Valley Construction Co. in 2008
and recently graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College, with honors.
He obtained a Bachelors degree in Business Management and two
minors in Economics and Marketing. He contributes to the company
by spending most of his time coordinating and scheduling numerous
repairs for our national accounts, but he also has extensive
experience working in the field at numerous construction sites.

Nicole C. Faciana - Human Resources Manager - Extension

Nicole Faciana graduated from Baldwin-Wallace College, with
a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minor in
Marketing. She is head of the PVC Facility Management, Inc.
accounting department, which entails the final invoicing of
all repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final
product. She is also in charge of the Human Resource aspect
of the companies.
Rob Steidl - Senior Facilities Coordinator - Extension 209
Rob joined Pleasant Valley Construction in 2009. He is a graduate
of The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Arts. He has extensive
hands-on experience in the construction field. Rob works closely
with FMI’s Facilities Coordinators and Service Technicians
to ensure proper repair solutions for our clients across the
United States and Canada.
Cheryl Warner - Office Manager - Extension 208
Cheryl joined Pleasant Valley Construction Company is 2009.
She has many years of experience in the mortgage loan industry.
Currently she is the Office Manager at PVCC. Her duties include
all the day to day operations of the office, while qualifying
and organizing each vendor we use in our PVC Facility Management,
Inc.
